In our restaurant you can enjoy the specialities of the most authentic Piedmontese cuisine, prepared with fresh zero food miles products and selected raw materials from small local producers.
In summer, service takes place outside in the courtyard, while in spring and autumn you can choose between the elegant dining room and the evocative atmosphere of the wine cellar.
The restaurant is open for dinner to hotel guests and, from 2024, also offers some seating to the public (except Tuesdays).

Our chef aims to use fresh, regional products, offering a modern take on traditional recipes, with the occasional foray into international cuisine. In addition to meat dishes, he will also spoil you with vegetarian delicacies.
For those looking for a more informal option, on certain days of the week we serve tasty pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a different experience, we will tempt you into the mysterious Druid Forest with a delicious surprise aperitif.

The menu and
the wine list
The menu follows the Monferrato tradition, which is strongly influenced by Ligurian cuisine.
To start, you can choose between “battuta di fassona al coltello” or the much-loved “vitello tonnato”, two timeless classics, and then continue with fresh homemade pasta, delicious meat dishes, fish or vegetarian proposals. A sample of local cheeses, paired with a good glass of wine of course, is a must, ending on a sweet note with a varied selection of desserts.
The wine list will satisfy both winelovers and connoisseurs, with a wide selection of Piedmontese labels. You can also enjoy the wines and grappas produced on our estate and end your meal with an excellent distillate in the outdoor cigar room.
