After a day spent exploring the area, our garden with swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of these places to the full.
The four-hectare estate is a Garden of Eden. Explore the vineyards, the orchard, the suspended bridge to the tree house or the path leading to the “Piazzarena” to play boules. There’s every chance you’ll meet a deer, a rabbit or a lizard, or hear a rare hoopoe or a European bee-eater.
The outdoor areas offer a unique setting for numerous activities: you can decide to cool off in the panoramic swimming pool, sip a drink on the sun loungers by the pool or just laze in the shade of the large pine trees, perhaps reading a book.
If you feel like doing a bit of exercise, challenge yourself to a game of giant chess, a game of boules or darts.

During the renovation of the property, we placed great importance on environmental issues and saving resources.
The good weather in the Piedmont region is not only a pleasure for guests, but also represents considerable potential for savings: the solar heating system in the garden produces hot water, the photovoltaic system on the roof provides energy for the batteries and heat pumps, and the swimming pool, with 20,000 litres of water, offers maximum relaxation and refreshment, with minimum energy consumption.
